Once we receive your scissors, we process returns within 2-3 business days. Refunds appear in your account within 3-5 days after processing.

Yes! Our 7-day policy applies to all scissors, including sale items. The same conditions apply - scissors must be in original condition.

Contact us anyway! While we can't guarantee acceptance, we'll do our best to help. Warranty claims are always honoured regardless of purchase date.
