We've moved to a bigger warehouse to serve you better!
What's Happening
Between 21 January – 7 February 2026, Japan Scissors New Zealand relocated to a larger warehouse facility. This move allows us to:
- Receive products directly from Japan with better customs and logistics
- Express ship orders faster with improved processing capabilities
- Hold more inventory to reduce stock-outs on popular models
- Expand our product range to include more brands and sizes
✓ Current Status
Our team has successfully transitioned to the new warehouse. We're processing all pending orders this week and expect normal business operations to resume by end of this week (7th February).
How This Affects Your Order
Orders placed 21 Jan – 7 Feb:
- Being processed from our new warehouse location
- May experience 2-4 additional business days processing time
- Will be dispatched with tracking this week
- All existing orders are accounted for and in our system
Orders placed after 7 Feb:
- Will be processed at normal speed (1-2 business days)
- Benefit from our improved warehouse systems
