What if I'm not home for delivery?
NZ Post will leave a card to call. You can arrange redelivery, collect from your local PostShop, or authorise to leave in a safe place through their website or app.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Contact us immediately at hello@JapanScissors.co.nz. We can update addresses until dispatch (usually within 1-2 business days of ordering).
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to Australia, Pacific Islands, and worldwide. International delivery typically takes 5-10 business days with full tracking.
